OUR FEE STRUCTURE:
Residential
WE ONLY MAKE MONEY IF YOU DO. WE TAKE A PERCENTAGE OF RENTAL INCOME AND NOTHING ELSE!
1-4 Units: 10%
5-9 Units: 9%
10 + Units: 8%
Commercial
Leasing Fee Equal to 1 months rent for tenants we bring in
4%-8% (varies based on properties needs) of monthly rental income beyond that.

We know it's a bold statement. But NO ONE will take better care of your properties than us, guaranteed. If you already have property management, ask yourself if that company is taking care of your property the way you would. If the answer is "no," you should consider let ting us take it over. We put the people we work for first.
H-TOWN offers a wide range of Management Services. We don't charge "administrative" fees or other ambiguous fees. We charge a flat rate and still maintain the highest standard possible. Our services include (but are not limited to):

Screen tenants using our 6-Point Screening Process (We have had 0 evictions since we opened our doors on May 4th, of 2007 to tenants we’ve screened. That is because we carefully screen our tenants specifically for the property they are applying for.)

ABOUT US H-Town Property Management, LLC is locally owned and operated. We specialize in residential and commercial rental properties in the Helena area. We currently have an inventory of single family homes, apartments and mixed commercial space (medical/office/retail) and can tailor a program to fit an investors specific needs. We make the renting and leasing experience easy and enjoyable both for the tenant and the owner. We work hard to keep our people happy and to make sure they can rest easy when working with us.
